From Yaroslavl, just some few miles south and downstream of the Rybinsk Reservoir, we again headed upstream and crossed the huge reservoir towards Cherepovets and along the yellow route of the Volga-Baltic Waterway toward the Monastery of St. Cyril of the White Lake. It is located roughly between Kirillov and Belozersk along the Volga-Baltic Waterway
