Golden Cap is the highest point at 191m along the south coast. It is located several miles east of Charmouth, but only about a mile west of Seatown, so naturally that is the place to start. Although the visit was on a lovely sunny December day, the ground underfoot was very wet and slippery, and of course very steep in parts.
