<noembed><nolayer><div style="position:absolute; left:0; top:-100; display:none;"> Stunning main altar<br> Sightseeing in The Amalfi Coast picture - with the famous 13th century Byzantine icon of the Black Madonna. Note also the charming pulpit on the right. According to local legend, the Black Madonna icon had been stolen &#38; was being transported by pirates across the Mediterranean, when a terrible storm occurred in the waters opposite Positano. When the frightened sailors heard a voice saying &#34;Posa, posa!&#34; (&#34;Put it down! Put it down!&#34;), the precious icon was unloaded &#38; carried to the fishing village, &#38; then the storm abated. Apparently, the town&#39;s name Positano (which means &#34;put it there&#34; in Latin), derives from this legend. </div></nolayer></noembed>
