Normally the Moscow center is a very busy place in the sunny summer days. Local people as well as foreigners are packed at the center enjoying the sunny sunshine. But, if I ask you, what would you expect to see at the center, on a chilly cold day (chilly as -25 centigrates) in the middle of the winter? I wanted to see the answer for my self!
