Once more aboard the bus -
Sightseeing in Saint Petersburg picture - . . . I notice this, what appears to me a fancy stable for some horses. From what I have already seen, there is no hope of equaling the tsars's splendor. Still, I would assume, staying ahead of those pretencious Abramovs who may have lived just down the street, must have been of vital importance. A little imagination, a neat little horse stable like this, should put them in their place! Well, here it is still today, catching some tourist's attention - a tourist who has come from a far-off land. And so the owner, if he were still alive, might rub his hands in glee and mutter to himself, " Where are you now, Abramov? Did you see that? That guy has just seen Peterhof, yet still he deems my horses' stables worthy of a photo." Imagining this scenario, I wonder, if someone will notice some small achievement of mine, years after my death.
