Dana Point is now twenty years old!
Our Historical Society celebrated the occasion by re-enacting the ceremony of the first City Council swearing-in aboard the brig 'Pilgrim' in the Dana Point Harbor.
Several hundred people lined the dock as most of our previous mayors attended the festivities. Many former council members and other dignitaries from County and State were there to celebrate the incorporation of Dana Point and Capistrano Beach and Monarch Beach.
