Love locks. These have become famous because couples come up to Seoul Tower and write promises of their everlasting love on the locks and then lock them here. They also throw away the key. It has become so popular that problems regarding to many keys being thrown away into the mountain has become a problem. So now you'll see signs there that say "Don't throw away your keys here" haha.
