To avoid scaring her, I decided to keep her as yet out of the water and to attach a second line to the Swing so she would not swing back and forth laterally as TALARIA, caught in a gust, might first heel farther and then right herself. If one was being dragged through the water, thyat was no great problem, but swining freely through the air, would have one come crashing back to the hull at too great a speed.
