Marvin's debut in 1917 didn't seem to be a particularly happy one. Look at those sad faces! Other than that little girl, everybody seems quite subdued. That's my grandfather standing in the center. Holding Marvin is his mother Sue, GrandDad's second wife, so Marvin's really my half uncle. My father was born 19 years earlier .
