This small chapel, which had been named &#39;Chappelle Rouge&#39; by the French, houses a unique reclining Buddha image with the robe curling outward at the ankle. (Dang, I missed that wahhhhhh.) This Buddha figure was exhibited at the Paris Expo in 1931, then taken to Vientiane, &#38; wasn&#146;t returned to Luang Prabang until 1964. </div></nolayer></noembed>
