The Royal Canadian Sea Cadets is a youth program delivered in partnership by the Navy League of Canada (founded 1895) and the Department of National Defence (DND). It is for youths 12 through 19 of both sexes, and provides opportunities to attend summer camps, participate in bands, learn to sail, serve briefly on board naval or tall ships, and develop leadership potential.
