Another shot of the village square. These two restaurants lie across the square from the Adler Restaurant. Before deciding to eat at the Adler, we considered these, but their menus seemed a bit fancy and pricey - perhaps they cater more to tourists who come to visit Rožmberk Castle (as we arrived, a tour bus was loading outside the restaurant on the right). We were looking for simple local fare, so we chose the Adler - and we were quite happy with our choice.
