Like Mount Meru of legend, which it imitates, Pre Rup has five peaks (towers), three central spires & two smaller ones, & looks a bit like a mini Angkor Wat. In fact, if you climb to the top of the temple & look west, on a clear day you can see Angkor Wat's spires (roughly 12km away) peeking out over the treetops.
