We visited Guernsey twice this year, over Easter weekend and again for a few days round the August Bank Holiday weekend. Previous visits have been just the two of us and time was spent exploring and walking round the pretty coastal paths. This year we were accompanied by our 4 year old grandson who loved the sandy beaches and pleasant family atmosphere. This pretty island is easy to reach from the UK (just over an hours flight from Manchester) and well worth exploring, with or without children.
