Had quite a humbling experience today, a 2 hour tour of the largest Favela in Rio called Rochina, in fact it's the largest in Latin America. Two hundred thousand people live here and the memory of walking through the steep narrow winding streets will stay with me always. These Favelas are ruled by the drug lords who are armed to the teeth, you may have read last week 200 gang members fought each other in a Favela not far from here and during the course of the battle a police helicopter was shot down, in Rio nobody is surprised by
