In February, I traveled to Panama and went to Bocas del Torro, which is several islands off the northern coast of Panama near Costa Rica. You get there from Panama City by the way of smaller airplane which costs 100 dollars round trip. The plane lands on the larger island of Colon. Christopher Columbus was first to discover these islands. They are in the Caribbean and are beautiful. Many are a national park and undeveloped. We stayed on the island called Solarte.
