1865 - Antonio Rosales died in battle<br> Sightseeing in Sonora picture - He was a Mexican military hero who died in combat in Alamos in 1865 & he was buried in the Alamos cemetery. His remains were later moved to the Rotunda of Illustrious Persons in Mexico City. His obelisk tomb is still in the cemetery & there's a bust in his honor in this courtyard.
