This photo journal features the Indigenous Center in Alamos, especially the arts & crafts that were on display in the center during the Dr. Alfonso Ortiz Tirado Music Festival at the end of January. This spacious center, which is relatively new, is located at the west end of town on the highway (Calle Madero). Most of the crafts were not high quality but they were a good sampling of what is crafted by the Indian people in the area.
