The Cote D'Azur is a unique part of the world, money, money, money seems to be the God, and why not? If you have got it you may as well flaunt it, and flaunt it they do. From St Tropez to Monte Carlo they pose and strut and live the high life, I only wish I could afford to do the same. :)
