A Great Hike!
I spent the night at the upper meadow, braving the freezing nightime temps. Luckily for you, you went to Wasco Lake before some pinheads camped in the clearly marked rehab area, your fifth Wasco Lake shot. They had a horse, a campfire and four people, all of which totally destroyed the area. It was down to bare dirt and grass only about an inch long here and there, no flowers. I met the backcountry ranger there trying to do some restoration. So sad...
