I stayed in Windsor Plaza hotel located in a convenient place in Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro. Officially it is classified as a three-star hotel, so it is not outrageously expensive. I have to say, I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and services. I strongly recommend it to anybody who is on a budget but wants convenience.
