Lake Naivasha is one of the Rift Valley's fresh water lakes. When we visited in mid-September of 2010 the lake was quite high but it varies greatly based on the rains. We stayed at the Sopa Lodge and it was a very nice experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food was wonderful and the grounds beautiful.
