This photo journal, which is part of my BC/Gold Rush Trail series, features the attractive historic village of Ashcroft, population about 1700. I have also included photos from our visit to the historical Hat Creek Ranch north of Cache Creek which is only 10 kms north of Ashcroft. Ashcroft is located 95 kms (58 miles) west of Kamloops, about 100 kms NW of Merritt & 340 kms from Vancouver.
