This Queen Anne style home at 402 West 7th Street It was the last of the series to be built. Pierre, one of the youngest of Eugene's children, married Nina, a socialite from St. Louis & this lovely house was built on an empty lot that Eugene had purchased back in 1874. Supposedly, Nina haunts the home & can be seen floating around on the 2nd floor porch. The home used to be on Austin Ghost Tours.
