SYNOPSIS: Nolitours, Puerto Plata Village, Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata, DR
Overall, the trip met or exceeded our expectations. I'm not sure how to rate things. It's a three star property and if something is three star level (as expected or better), do you give it five stars or just three? So, I'll just tell you what we liked and what we didn't.
