Fun Royale / Tropicale closed their doors about a year ago. At the time they were converting the hotel room blocks to condos. It's hard to tell what their plans are for the future, but at least they have been maintaining the property. The grass has been cut, shrubbery has been cut back and the pool looked reasonable. Most of the photos were taken over/through the fence, but a security guard recognized us and let us on to the property for a few minutes.
