A quick 2 day break down to Milford Sound. We were most fortunate to have an excellent day for our boat trip down Milford Sound - any visitor down to this part of South Island must make time to visit Milford Sound.

The first and last photos are on the way down and the way back respectively. The one of the tree at the edge of the lake is at Lake Wanaka - it's a very well photographed tree; you can see photos of it everywhere.
