Years ago, the street in front of our home was widened and so we have to use an alley behind our house to get to our home. Most of our neighbors do not have that problem so they don't care what they alley looks like. They all have put up 6 foot privacy fences so what they don't see doesn't affect them so they throw their trash over their fence and too bad for everyone else. Unfortunately, we have to go down that alley to get to or from our house.
