The beautiful fort is located in the north western coast of the city at the backdrop of the Deep Bay and St. John&#39;s Harbor. The governor of the place at that time was William Bart who installed a plaque in the fort and declared himself as the emperor and governor of the Leeward Islands. The fort is mostly a war castle and consists of various obstacles and defenses near its entrance. </div></nolayer></noembed>
