Looking much as it might have looked, thousand, maybe a couple thousand years ago. It, and many other villages had been built at the top of a hill to provide an early warning of the approach of a hostile force. But, today, it being 2012 and to prove that the village did not live in the distant past, it was modern too. There, at the corner of the house, was an electric street light to help the inhabitants at night. And, . . . (see next photo) .
