First Sky Pilot!<br> Yosemite picture - Polemonium eximium, finally, even if it is past its prime! I found this specimen around 12,600 feet. A man was coming down from the summit as I continued. He had an altimeter, from which I base this estimate. The sky pilots were more profuse and in full bloom from about 12,800 feet to the summit.
