The province of Ilocos Norte is part of the Ilocos and Pangasinan region in Luzon. It is one of Luzon's most beautiful provinces, with its many historical sites, such as its old Spanish churches and museums, as well as natural attractions, such as the famous beautiful beaches of Pagudpud. Coliform Pollutants
The Nipa Hut Resort at Currimao, built by Taiwanese, language in Mandarin, has little sensitivity for the Philippines. They dump tons of raw sewage and meal wastes into the fragile Currimao Bay every day, and now the coliform levels are so high, the locals don't want to fish or swim there. This is fact, in the news, just do some research. Another case of Chinese exploiting the Philippines for their own pleasure and profit, at the expense of the environment and local community.

I enjoyed your photos of Paoay. My father was from Paoay. He came to Hawaii in 1946 and never returned. We have relatives there but lost touch with them after my father's brother passed on. I'm working on our family geneaology. Perhaps you can help me?
