I cycled in Denmark and on Samso Island
I cycled in Denmark and on Samso Island by myself on a Danish bike that I rented in Copenhagen in June, 1964. I had a good time and would love to go back again. The Danish people were very friendly. Linda Wojtas

Very nice photos. They really bring out the beauty of the country. I think this country is just made to be experienced on bicycle. All other forms of transportation limit ones experience of the countrys natural beauty. That holds true also within the city. I use my bicycle every day for transportation to and from work, even though I have two cars for weekend travel. Your photo of bicycle parking in Roskilde give a good idea of the extent to which Danes use bicycles. This is oly partly due to the love of the nature, but also because of the cost of cars and gasoline.
