I spent just over a week in Tasmania in July 2002, which was their winter period and at a time when the rainfall had been somewhat less than usual, resulting in almost a drought (by their terms). The usual greenery was less than green, but added to my photographic experience.

The pictures on this page were taken on a day trip from Hobart inland through the Houn Valley.
