<noembed><nolayer><div style="position:absolute; left:0; top:-100; display:none;"> Orthodox church in Centije, Montenegro<br> Sightseeing in Montenegro picture - Scroll left to right. Centije is the historical ( and former ) capital of Montenegro. The general atmosphere is like lazy ! I had never seen such a concentration of small bars and terraces in a town before. Many men are sitting there, evidence of the hight percentage of unemployement which strikes Montenegro and the whole Yugoslavian Federation. I was there a few days before Milosevic&#39;s fall ( in the setting of Federal Presidential Elections, but Montenegro has also its own president ); some unoccupied guys told me that they didn&#39;t fell Kostunica ( the actual president of Serbia and Yugoslavian Federation ) better than him. On September 24th, Montenegrin people massivly boycotted the elections. </div></nolayer></noembed>
