Gävle is a town 2 hrs north of Stockholm, with about 100 000 inhabitants in the close region. Its the oldest town in the part of Sweden called "Norrland" -the almost 2/3 part of Sweden north of the river "Dalälven". Gävle is a harbourtown, but have also some industries. The old wooden town, the new built concert hall and the Boulognerforest is the most wellknown attractions.
