We stopped off in Zion National Park to spend a day hiking the Narrows, a slot canyon that is at points only ten feet wide, and hundreds of feet deep. We hiked 3 miles up the canyon, and then returned the way we had come, spending much of our time waisy deep in the Virgin river. The water was cold and fast flowing after heavy rains, but dry suits kept most of the cold out. The scenery was incredible, like nothing else I have ever seen. I hope these photos give you some idea.
