This hotel is owned by the power company. The Russian tourists had left (September they go back to school and work) and that left me the ONLY guest. This was absolutely a heavenly experience. My room is down the hall, you can see the door. This hotel is wood, inside and out. My room was large by Russian standards, with a comfortable double (two twins together) bed and a large bathroom. I love Russian bathrooms in colder weather, as they are heated by hot water pipes. You can wash your clothes and hang them on the pipes.
