This is the parking lot of the Saguaro National Monument located on the west side of Tucson. Note the Saguaro cactuses and the barren hillocks in the background.The building on the left is the visitor center. It has a museum inside that has pictures and all sorts of information about these special cactuses. It also shows a film about these cactuses every 30 minutes or so. A tourist will definitely find it worthwhile to make a stop here.
