Here you can see some pictures of Ostend (Oostende), the biggest town at the Belgian Coast. These photo's were made during two weekends, which coincided with two major happenings. On Sunday 16th May 2004 an International Kite Competition was organised at the Beach of Ostend. The 29th May I had the opportunity to see some of the ancient boats and ships with were anchored in the port for a boat festival (Oostende voor anker). In both cases the weather was EXCELLENT!!!
