I don't even know what park this is, but if you're in Hong Kong it's just off Nathan Road before the big shopping district and next to a public pool. Anyways, the only way I found it was by the bagpipes I heard. Jenn and I definitely found a Chinese bagpipe marching band practicing! None of my pictures turned out well, but the story was so interesting I had to put it up anyways.
