Photograph 4 is a photo of the 18th hole on the Magellan Golf Course in the complex near Hot Springs, AR where there are no less than 6 golf courses to play at if you invited by a member to do so.
Photograph 5 is another hole on the Magellan Golf Course which is a par 3 that is quite challenging if the wind is into your face on the tee box.
Photograph 6 is the signature hole of this course in my opinion.
Photograph 7 shows an early morning view from the clubhouse out over the driving range and toward the first fairway on the other side of the trees (which there were alot of)
Photograph 8 is a view from the clubhouse toward the ninth hole where you can see the white sands that you are trying to avoid on many shots on this course.
Photograph 15 is the process of setting the sail for my son to go parasailing at a height of about 400 feet above Lake Hamilton near Hot Springs, AR. What an experience that was for him for 15 minutes of *flying*. He loved every minute.
Photograph 27 shows him getting rigged and prepared to fly.
Photograph 24 shows my son being reeled out on 600 feet of line to a final height of 400 feet above the water. What a rush!!
Photograph 26 is a picture of the parasailing power boat that took us out.
Photograph 22 shows both my sons getting ready to take off on a waverunner on Lake Hamilton. What an experience!! Those things really fly (up to 50 mph).
Photograph 23 shows us heading out onto the lake.
Photograph 28 shows the boys returning to port after a wild ride on Lake Hamilton.
Photograph 1 is of a lake near the Cabin in the Woods we stayed at in the Turner Falls, OK area. Quite a peaceful, quiet area to spend the night at. The view of the stars at night was spectacular.
Photograph 2 was taken during a morning walk up to the Mountainview Cabin where we stayed at the Cabin in the Woods complex.
Photograph 3 is of the Mountainview Cabin of the Cabin in the Woods complex where we spent two nights. We ate grilled food we prepared ourselves. We also took long walks through the woods. Most of the modern conveniences were included in the interior of the cabin which had two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and living room all in a cozy quaint atmosphere.
Photograph 16 shows the clear cold springs water (58 degrees) upstream from Little Niagra falls in the Chickasaw National Recreation Area near Turner Falls, OK.
Photograph 17 shows Little Niagra falls in the same area where you can take a 58 degree dip in the water (at any time of the year!) or jump off the falls.
Photograph 18 is of a spring water-covered road in the same area. This Chickasaw National Recreation Area is a huge, clean campers paradise.
Photograph 19 is collage I made with my camera using the light, water and greenery of this area in one picture.
