Hello Jon. I had stumbled upon this site and after seeing your wonderful photos (all of them, especially this Yellowstone article and your flowers photos) and I was so inspired that I decided to visit those national parks too. Yellowstone
Don't know how you did it in 2 days but I commend you! Went to Yellowstone for the first time in June 2004 on my way to San Diego. I live in Wyoming, six miles from the Montana border below Billings, I did not make it out of the state on the first day of my trip because I pulled over SO MANY TIMES to take pics. Gorgeous place isn't it? I want to go back but have to have someone driving with me next time. (Don't like driving in the mountains and there were several places I just wanted to stop my car and not move, wait for someone to come get me, but I knew I would never hear the end of it if I did that!) :) It is very beautiful. (Have not lived in Wyoming all my life and not visited Yellowstone, just letting you know! Am from San Diego!) LOL

Hi Jon,
What a terific collection of photos -- and you took them all in only TWO DAYS !! I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite, but I found two especially pleasing: the second canyon photo, and the solitary butterfly. That one must have taken an incredible amount of patience to shoot. My only question is: "How do you follow this one?"
