I told him this flight is nothing compared to the flight from San Francisco to Manila via Seoul [S. Korea] which takes 16 hours long!

*Actually, Philippine Air Lines [PAL] flies non-stop from S.F. to Manila for only 12 hours but it cost a whooping $300-400 more! And so, I always fly Korean Airlines - the cheapest flight from S.F.-Manila.

And though there's a 4 hour stop-over at Seoul, it's still worth it versus paying $300+ more with PAL. Also, you get to see Korea even if just an aerial view & that you'll see different nationalities in Seoul Int'l. with lots of pretty Asian babes as Seoul is a major hub for air travel in Asia.
