This part of my Helsinki series focuses on KaivoPuisto Park and a scenic walk in eastern Helsinki, near Roihuvuori and Herttoniemi. Kaivopuisto Park pictures were taken in the evening of August 1, 2004; the scenic walk pictures were taken in the evening of July 24, 2004.

Part 1 of this photo series concentrated mostly on the heart of the city, the downtown area (see my introduction to Helsinki in Part 1). Part 2 expanded to such neighborhoods as Kaisaniemi, Hakaniemi, Sörnäinen, Kallio, Töölö, & Kamppi. ... (more)
