These are the blocks on the Four seasons quilt. The flowers are all hand made using Trapanto, reverse needle turn and embroidery perse, the winter one has red beads as berries and the bottom flower is ruched, the smaller flowers are hand made and all is finished off with cold thread, the bird is reverse needle turn. Autumn, is all needle turn with trapanto and embroidery perse. Summer is my own hand embroidery butterflies, something I had not done since I was a child and embroidery perse. Spring top left,is trapanto, embroidery perse and gold thread is used all are hand made, the entire quilt took 5 years and now lives in Sweden.
