The first quilt I ever made, all hand done, the border is hand quilted with roses around it. This is the first quilt I ever made, i sewed up the blocks and when I went to put them together they did not fit, it took 7 ladies 2 hours to unpick it all and why, because I had not used a 1/4" seam, lol I sat and cried, but I got there in the end.
