Ice House, San Felipe, Mexico<br> Spectacular Beaches in Mexico picture - This is the remains of the old ice house that supplied ice to the shrimp fishermen at the turn of the century. It is a main reason the sleepy little town existed and came to be what it is today. There are two arches as you enter the town to symbolize this site and its history. Sadly on my last trip 6/01 the goverment sold the land to private intrest, and the butt heads tore it down and built a disco club for gringos to drink beer at on spring break....Don't get me started.
