When I fly, I generally request window seating. Even after a couple hundred flights, I/m still pretty dazzled by the views, especially when I can make out details of the landscape below. Similarly when I/m touring cities, I usually try to find a building or tower or nearby mountain that will give me somewhat of an aerial view. To me it/s like a three-dimensional map, both pretty and something to study, as I figure where I/ve been and look for place where I/m planning to go.
