Bart, Maggie and Homer Simpson star in this mural urging positive behaviors in the neighborhood. This was one of a handful of such murals I came across in Harlem, although this was the only one featuring the Simpsons. Bart's "Stay in School, say no to drugs, Be all you can be, Respect your mom & dad" seems to be a bit out of character for the character.
